Options has been developing relationships with partners, community members, schools, post-secondary education, and employers by providing targeted “info sharing” sessions.  These sessions have become an effective tool in relationship-building and supports for both sides. 
 
Other supports that Options offers to partners, community members, and employers come in different ways and can include:

• Providing pre-screening to employers

• Offering on-site consultation

• Research on accommodations, assistive technology, and programming/funding

• Following up with additional support

Options not only works with the employer to find the right fit, but uses a community-based support method by ensuring support in various ways using various partners.
